Our program is designed for individuals who have never run before, or who have not run in a very long time and want a structured introduction to get in shape with a final goal to be able to run a full 10K such as “Helsinki Central Park Run” or “Naisten Kumppi” .

This group will be under the supervision of the professional coach Yan Busset (coaching in English).

Mondays Run 18:30-19:30 every other weeks group levels (Triathlon Corner, starting week 36)

Mondays Crossfit circuit training, 18:30-19:30 every other weeks group levels (Triathlon Corner’s Pain Zone, Triathlon Corner, starting week 36)

Tuesdays indoor Run 19:30-20:30, in winter season (Liikuntamylly)

Wednesdays late Spinning 19:15-20:15 (Triathlon Corner’s Pain Zone, starting week 41)

Thursday “early birds” Spinning 6-7:00 (Triathlon Corner’s Pain Zone, starting week 41)

Saturday long spinning 9-11:00/12:00 (Triathlon Corner’s Pain Zone, starting week 41)

Friday Morning swim 7:15-8:15 (Pirkkola) (starting week 36)

Sunday Morning Swim 8:30-9:30 (Itis) (starting week 36)

+Group rides, Brick sessions, Open water swims, big training days in Spring/Summer, lectures…

All included Season Fee 89€/month (payment every 2 months or all

Season membership to our tri club is mandatory for access to training facilities 20€/season.‎
